Tanner Scott wanted to be less "Hittable" this year. Well, how about a batting average against of just 1.50, and a WHIP of just 0.75. Mission accomplished so far in Spring Training, no doubt about that. Throw strike 1, make it a race to strike 2, then that allows the "stuff" to take over. #dodgers
Is Tanner Scott Back?
Alex Vesia went scoreless again and has yet to give up a run in Spring Training. Of course, it's just 5.1 innings, but that's the sample size he's been given, and he's made the most of it. WHIP is just 0.56. Vesia, as much as Dodgers fans love and appreciate him, still doesn't get the credit he deserves, IMO. His ERA over the last 2 years has been 1.76 in 2024 and 3.02 in 2025. In 2021, it was 2.25 & in 2022 it was 2.15. Overall 2.92 ERA for his career, career average against of just 1.87, career WHIP of just 1.12. Dude has been a GREAT pitcher for quite a while now! #dodgers
Do We Appreciate Alex Vesia Enough?
⬇️Ballplayer Zach Ehrhard has had a VERY good Spring, and, alongside James Tibbs III, those 2 have shown, again, just how good the Dodgers are in trade situations. Ehrhard had 2 hits last night, and is hitting .326 with an OPS of .931. He also stole a base, which is his 4th stolen base of Spring Training. Last year, he stole 37 bases, so that's absolutely a part of this game, and he also hit 14 home runs. And, with Tulsa, once he came over in the trade, he hit .282, with an OPS of .857. He's a LITTLE GUY that's not really a LITTLE GUY, and he is one COMPETITIVE dude. #dodgers #dodgersprospects

James Tibbs III is making a CASE for HIMSELF! Dude had 2 hits last night, including his 3rd HR of Spring Training and his 2nd double. Tibbs is hitting .324, with an OPS of 1.057, and last night was his 3rd multi hit game of this month. After hitting .188 in his 1st 16 at-bats of Spring Training, he's hit .429 in his last 16, all of which have come in March.
