Jake Lamb got called up today and deservedly so. Lamb leads OKC in average at .290., and on-base percentage at .395. He’s been playing more 3rd base as of late and has been doing very well at the hot corner. Last game at 3rd base he went behind the bag, back-handed the ball & threw it across the diamond for the out. In the game he played previously at 3rd he made a great play coming in on a do-or-die ball, plus his great offense.
